Are you a Power Platform Developer looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely make an impact from day one? We're partnering with a growing Financial Services organisation in the East Midlands that is embarking on a major digital transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a greenfield project and work alongside a highly experienced Senior Developer to design, build and deploy new business-critical applications across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone with Power Apps experience who wants to broaden their skills, take on greater responsibility and accelerate their career within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing Power Apps solutions
- Building automated business processes using Power Automate
- Designing and maintaining Dataverse data models
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Supporting the delivery of a brand-new Power Platform environment
- Integrating applications with Microsoft 365 and other business systems
- Testing, deploying and continuously improving solutions
- Creating clear technical documentation and supporting end users
What We're Looking For
- Commercial experience developing solutions using Power Apps
- Experience building workflows with Power Automate
- Understanding of Dataverse and data modelling principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working within project or agile environments
