I'm currently working with a fantastic organisation looking to hire an experienced Power BI Developer/M365 to help deliver impactful reporting and business intelligence solutions across the business.

What you'll be doing:
- Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Building robust data models using Power Query, DAX and SQL
- Integrating data from Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel, Teams and Microsoft Lists
- Working closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful insights
- Optimising report performance and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem and driving data-driven decision making

MUST HAVE:
- Proven commercial experience with Power BI
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M) and SQL
- Experience working with the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint Online, Excel, Teams, Microsoft Lists, Power Platform)
- Understanding of data modelling and ETL processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Azure data experience (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse or Fabric)
- Microsoft certifications
