Power BI SME
We are looking for an experienced Power BI SME who has strong hands-on technical expertise paired with the ability to train, coach and upskill analytics teams. This role is split between developing Power BI reports and upskilling the team in Power BI through workshops, structured training and 1-to-1 coaching.
We are looking for someone with:
- In-depth Power BI experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on Microsoft Fabric skills (for ETL only, in SQL)
- Strong data visualisation and dashboard design skills
- Understanding of the difference between metrics and insights
- Knowledge of what good data visualisation looks like
- Ability to coach and influence teams to adopt best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to audiences with varying levels of experience.
