Power Distribution Field Service Engineer

We're now looking for a number of Power Distribution Engineers to join our growing team. Are you a skilled and safety-conscious electrical engineer with a passion for medium voltage (MV) systems? Eaton is seeking a number of EMEA Power Distribution Lead Engineers to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality installation and maintenance services across EMEA. In this role, you’ll be the face of Eaton for our customers leading installation projects and oversee 3rd party providers , supporting fellow engineers, and ensuring our MV equipment operates at peak performance. If you thrive in a hands-on, customer-facing environment and have a strong technical background, we want to hear from you. What you’ll do: Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning, Testing and fault finding of Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering • Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
Skills: Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning Must be able to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations Ability to perform protection relay programming Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region #LI-KK1 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
