Let’s Talk about the Role
The Power Module Builder & Tester will assemble, integrate, and verify the performance of high-tech power electronic modules. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that every component meets rigorous quality and safety standards. By combining technical precision with analytical testing, you will help deliver high-performing equipment that powers critical energy infrastructure.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Assembling power modules by following detailed engineering drawings and technical instructions with high precision.
- Performing delicate technical tasks, including soldering, wire bonding, and mechanical fastening of components.
- Conducting electrical and functional tests on completed modules using a variety of specialized measurement and automated equipment.
- Troubleshooting assembly defects or component failures to identify root causes and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.
- Maintaining high standards of compliance by strictly adhering to cleanroom and safety protocols.
- Documenting assembly steps and testing results accurately within our manufacturing systems to ensure full traceability.

Skills for Success
You should be a detail-oriented technician with a passion for high-quality assembly, with:
- The ability to interpret electrical schematics, assembly diagrams, and technical manuals.
- The capability to operate various laboratory and manufacturing test equipment.
- An understanding of manual dexterity best practices for performing intricate, fine-motor tasks.
- An expertise in maintaining quality standards and identifying performance variations.
- A keen interest in power electronics and the manufacturing of advanced energy hardware.
A formal education or certification in electrical installation or production is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

This is a permanent, on-site position based in our Rugby office.
