Senior Power Platform Analyst
Our clients are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Analyst to design, deliver, and support enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions in complex, regulated environments (20,000+ users). You'll play a key role in driving platform governance, adoption, and best practices while working with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to create secure, scalable, low-code solutions.
Security Clearance: UK SC Clearance (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions aligned with business needs.
- Define and maintain governance, including CoE, DLP policies, environment strategy, and ALM.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Monitor platform performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support Agile delivery through sprint planning and backlog management.
- Promote Power Platform adoption through training, mentoring, and citizen developer enablement.
- Develop reusable standards, accelerators, and best practices.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Power Platform solutions (20,000+ users).
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Experience with Power Platform governance, CoE Starter Kit, DLP, and ALM.
- Integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and CI/CD.
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and mentoring skills.
- Energy sector experience is desirable.

Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
- Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) – Desirable
