SC CLEARED or Eligible Power Platform Developer 1 - 3 Years experience
AgileSource are currently looking for a SC CLEARED or Eligible Power Platform Developer with 1 - 3 years of experience for a 3-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). The salary ranges from £35,000 to £55,000, depending on experience.
Due to the urgency of this role, you must be available immediately or on a 1-week notice.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to join a growing team delivering impactful digital solutions across Microsoft technologies. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and senior team members to design, build, and support applications using the Power Platform. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (1–3 years’ experience) looking to develop their skills within a collaborative, project-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and configure applications using Microsoft Power Platform
- Build and maintain:
- Canvas Apps
- Model-Driven Apps
- Power Automate flows
- Power Pages
- Support deployments and environment setup across the Power Platform ecosystem
- Contribute to solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Perform testing and support defect resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications and environments
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers
- Support live services, including incident and service request management
- Follow Agile delivery approaches (Scrum / Kanban)
- Stay up to date with Power Platform advancements and share knowledge internally

Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Power Pages
- Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
- 1–3 years’ experience working with Power Platform
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
