Join a major UK energy infrastructure programme through a leading global consultancy. You'll build and own business-critical applications on Power Platform and Dataverse that underpin large-scale onshore delivery. This is hands-on development with direct impact on how critical national energy infrastructure gets planned, tracked, and delivered.

What You'll Own:

  • Design, build, and extend model-driven and canvas apps on Dataverse that delivery teams depend on day to day
  • Own the Dataverse data model end-to-end, including tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules, keeping it clean as the programme scales
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows that connect people, process, and systems across the delivery organisation
  • Develop custom components where low-code runs out, including plugins, PCF controls, and custom connectors
  • Integrate Power Platform with the wider programme ecosystem, including SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party APIs
  • Establish and run proper ALM, including solution management, environments, and deployment pipelines, so releases are controlled rather than chaotic
  • Work directly with programme stakeholders to translate messy real-world requirements into applications people actually use
  • Flag technical debt and platform risks early and feed into decisions on build versus buy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You Must Have:

  • Significant hands-on Power Platform development experience on complex or enterprise-scale implementations, client-side experience a strong advantage
  • Deep working knowledge of Dataverse in practice, including data modelling, security model design, and performance at scale
  • Model-driven app development beyond configuration, building them properly, not just customising forms
  • Power Automate at enterprise level, including error handling, approvals, and integration flows, not just simple notifications
  • Pro-code extension skills: C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF components, and custom connectors
  • ALM done properly, including managed solutions, environment strategy, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps or equivalent
  • Integration experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps, able to design the integration, not just consume it
