The Developer
The Developer is a technology professional who guides development teams and serves as an expert on the practical, technical, and management aspects required for successful project completion. Balancing technical execution with the business side of technology projects, the Lead Developer provides technical guidance across all software development tasks. The successful candidate is expected to operate with high autonomy and work effectively in a team environment without supervision.
Security Requirement: Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Development
- Solution Delivery: Build and configure applications within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform stack.
- Code Quality: Document and refactor complex programs and scripts while ensuring team adherence to project quality standards.
- Standards & Frameworks: Apply agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered, robust outcomes.
- Troubleshooting: Assist with advanced application troubleshooting and debugging.
- Peer Review: Participate in reviews of own work and actively lead code and architecture reviews of colleagues' work.
- Mentorship: Educate, mentor, and coach junior and mid-level developers on technical best practices.

Integration & Testing
- Integration Architecture: Define complex or new integration builds and collaborate with technical teams to develop and agree on system integration plans.
- Environment Management: Ensure that integration test environments are correctly configured.
- Testing Execution: Design, perform, and report results of comprehensive tests on the integration build.
Essential Technical Qualifications & Experience
- Certification: Certified as a PL-400 Power Platform Developer.
- Core Stack: Proven hands-on experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform stack.
- Cloud Exposure: Core Azure exposure (as expected/required as part of Power Platform development).
- Lifecycle Management: Strong documentation, handover, and knowledge-transfer experience.
