About The Role
At ARAG, we're passionate about empowering people and building solutions that make a real difference. As our Power Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative business solutions across the Microsoft technology ecosystem, with a particular focus on Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
Joining our Data Platforms & Architecture team, you will work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted, and your development is supported. You will partner closely with Business Analysts and colleagues across Digital Services to solve real business challenges, improve processes and help drive our low-code strategy forward.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our Microsoft platform landscape, including supporting the growth of our Citizen Developer capability and the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-driven solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing and supporting solutions across Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that solve business problems.
- Ensuring strong governance, security and lifecycle management across the Microsoft platform estate.
- Helping shape our Citizen Developer capability through standards, mentoring and technical guidance.
- Promoting innovation and best practice, including the responsible use of AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving ways of working and collaborating with others to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll be comfortable working in a hands-on technical role and confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential skills and experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps and Dataverse.
- Experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Experience designing and supporting SharePoint solutions.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, security and solution lifecycle management.
- Experience working with Business Analysts and stakeholders in an enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working in a regulated or risk-aware environment.
Desirable:
- Experience establishing or supporting a Citizen Developer programme.
- Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with external systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure services and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics technologies.
