Power Platform Lead – PowerApps/ Dataverse/ Sharepoint – Remote/ UK
Up to £75k per annum – Home working in the UK with monthly & ad-hoc travel to London and other sits in the UK for team meetings/workshops.
Power Platform Lead required for a growing enterprise organisation. Within this role, you will work closely with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive the adoption of secure and user-friendly Power Platform solutions across PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse and Sharepoint.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to solution ownership, SAFe delivery methodologies, and applications that underlie an expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Power Platform solutions that align with business needs and goals.
- Oversee partner-delivered development and support services, focusing on quality, security, and long-term value.
- Manage digital governance by ensuring solutions align with consistent frameworks, documentation, and release standards.
- Lead backlog prioritisation, Programme Increment (PI) planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track and evaluate the performance, service levels, and user adoption of solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage insights from collaboration with stakeholders, engaging at all levels to influence decisions and roadmap creation.
- Support planning efforts, including portfolio management, prioritisation, and integration of new features or solutions.
- Ensure adherence to secure development frameworks, compliance standards, and digital risk management practices.

Key Skills required:
- Proven experience managing the delivery and lifecycle of multiple digital solutions within a large, complex organisation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Lean and Agile principles, with experience working in SAFe or scaled agile environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and improve partner-delivered services, focusing on governance, value for money, and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions and promote user-focused innovation.
- Familiarity with digital delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, and experience in vendor selection and contract management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 architectures, including SharePoint, Teams, and Entra, with exposure to frameworks like OWASP for secure development.
- Experience with Power Platform-based project management tools, such as Projectum, is a plus.
- Solid understanding of solution security, compliance requirements, and digital risk management

Salary:
Salary on offer is up to £75k/ annum, plus remote working opportunities and excellent company benefits.
