Power Platform Support Analyst
Location: Birmingham (1-2 days per month on-site)
Salary: Competitive

We're working with a leading Microsoft Digital Transformation Partner based in Birmingham that's looking to hire a Power Platform Support Analyst to support and enhance solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting Microsoft Business Applications who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working closely with customers, and developing their skills within a collaborative Microsoft-focused environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting Power Platform solutions, resolving technical issues, and working alongside consultants and developers to ensure customers receive a high-quality service.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting solutions built using Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Investigating and resolving application issues and service requests.
- Working closely with customers to understand and resolve technical problems.
- Collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
- Contributing to continuous improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Monitoring and maintaining the performance of Power Platform applications.
What we're looking for
- Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
- An understanding of Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach and a passion for learning Microsoft technologies.
