Power Platform Technical Lead – Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions (Hybrid)

  • Lead solution design: Architect Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with client goals, translating business needs into scalable, innovative designs.
  • Deliver end-to-end: Oversee projects from scoping and solution design to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
  • Optimise with modern tech: Leverage Azure and the Power Platform to automate workflows and enhance business processes.
  • Advise and engage: Participate in pre-sales activities, presenting technical solutions and demonstrating their strategic value.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise and staying ahead of emerging technologies.

Key focus areas:

  • Innovate: Shape CRM architectures to drive client success.
  • Deliver: Create technical documentation and guide high-quality implementation.
  • Automate: Use Azure, Power Platform, and AI/ML to improve operational efficiency.
  • Advocate: Advise on integrations, migrations, and cloud-native modernisation.
  • Mentor: Share knowledge with teams and foster a learning culture.

Essential Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture, CRM domains (Marketing, Field Services, or Customer Service), and cloud-first platforms.
  • Proven ability to assess feasibility of integrations and migrations—particularly from non-Microsoft environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 SaaS administration and on-premise deployment.
  • Expertise in Azure and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Flow, and Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
  • Business acumen: Capacity to influence stakeholders, align technology with strategy, and deliver measurable ROI.
