Power Platform Technical Lead
Power Platform Technical Lead
Fulltime – Permanent role Remote (must be based in the UK) No sponsorship can be offered
This role is for a highly experienced Power Platform specialist who remains hands-on and enjoys solving complex integration challenges across enterprise systems. You would lead delivery while actively building solutions across D365 integrations (F&O and CE), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
- Develop and manage Power Automate workflows and Dataverse solutions
- Lead technical delivery and make solution design decisions
- Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365 F&O and CE systems
- Build APIs, custom connectors, and integration workflows
- Implement and maintain ALM and CI/CD pipelines
- Support deployments, releases, and production issue resolution
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor teams

Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise Power Platform solutions
- Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and data modelling
- Experience working with APIs, connectors, and integration patterns
- Strong ALM/DevOps experience, particularly with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
- Experience holding a Senior Developer or Technical Lead role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
