Based from Cosby depot, we are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join us. In this role you will be part of a small Technical team who take calls from our internal and external customers acting as a first response to any queries regarding our machines. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you’ll love to help and resolve problems as you’ll deal with a variety of people on the phone during the day covering a variety of issues. They might need some guidance and support using one of our machines or there might be a technical issue with the machine - whatever the query, you will be responsible for providing helpful advice and guidance in a positive manner ensuring that the problem is resolved efficiently.

This role is based at our Cosby, Leicestershire depot and the hours are Monday – Friday 8am - 5.30pm.

About you:

  • Based commutable to our office, with possible occasional visits to depot network and service providers.
  • Demonstrable mechanical engineering knowledge (motor/fleet/automotive industry, powered access, construction).
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills and an ability to find solutions under pressure.
  • Credible communicator, oral and written, with an empathetic approach to customer service.
  • Competent IT skills – MS Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn and operate internal systems.
