Role Profile: Presentation & Document Production Specialist
We are seeking an ambitious Presentation & Document Production Specialist to join our corporate presentation team. Working closely with banking professionals, you will deliver high-quality, consultative document support to elevate our client-facing materials.
Core Responsibilities
- Design & Production: Execute high-volume corporate pitch books, information memoranda, and presentations using advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Data Visualisation: Translate complex financial data into clear, visually compelling graphics and corporate narratives.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all materials conform strictly to internal templates and client brand guidelines.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous proofing to maintain the team's standard of accuracy.
- Template Development: Assist in optimizing company-wide style guides and presentation templates.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Educated to degree level.
- Experience: Background in a corporate culture or a strong interest in financial services.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Teams, and SharePoint.
- Competencies: Strong data visualisation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
