PPA Teacher

PPA Teacher Full-Time ASAP Start Primary year groups Bristol & North Somerset

Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work closely with an Academy Trust who have a number of Primary Schools in the Bristol and North Somerset area. This school is looking for PPA Cover Teachers to support them on a daily basis with PPA, absence and training cover.

These Primary Schools are fabulous places to work. They are filled with staff members who support one another and will always have the opportunity for your own professional development.

The Role

There are 4 positions available across different schools but if successful, you will be working predominantly with one school - this allows you to build strong relationships with staff and pupils and have a fabulous impact on their learning.

With the children’s development at the forefront of their minds, the Head Teacher is seeking someone who has prior experience teaching whole class lessons, who has excellent Curriculum knowledge and can be super flexible with year groups as every day you will be in different classrooms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will be expected to: Build strong relationships with staff members. Support Class Teachers with assessment of children’s development. Have fabulous knowledge of the Primary curriculum. Be adaptable and flexible.
