PPA COVER TEACHER – KS1 & KS2
Immediate Start | Full-Time | Gloucester
Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding PPA role within a supportive and nurturing school? Long-Term Teachers are working with a welcoming primary school in central Gloucester who are seeking a confident and enthusiastic teacher to provide PPA cover across KS1 and KS2 on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, work across multiple year groups, and make a real impact within a school that truly values pupil wellbeing and high-quality teaching.
THE ROLE
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Provide consistent PPA cover on a long-term basis
- Adapt lessons to meet varying academic and emotional needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
(This role is not suitable for ECTs.)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Holds QTS and has experience across KS1 and KS2
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable in different classroom settings
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Passionate about teaching and supporting all learners
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Patient, compassionate, and inclusive in their approach

Salary: 31000 - 49000 GBP Per annum
