What are we looking for?
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Ads Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of paid search marketing campaigns promoting our organisation’s online postgraduate programmes.
This role focuses primarily on platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads. The primary objective is to drive high-quality leads, maximise conversions, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, build and refine keyword lists, and manage match types and negative keywords
Budget Management
- Assist the Paid Digital Marketing Manager and Analytics team in monitoring and managing campaign budgets
- Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximise ROI and meet performance targets
- Track spend, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and scaling
Tracking & Performance Analysis
- Support the implementation and optimisation of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tracking, GA4)
- Monitor and analyse key PPC metrics (CPC, CTR, Quality Score, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
- Use GA4, CRM systems, and reporting tools to generate actionable insights
Audience & Funnel Optimisation
- Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, including remarketing and in-market audiences
- Collaborate on landing page optimisation to improve Quality Score and conversion performance

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Experience
- Previous experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
- Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with AI-driven bidding strategies and automation tools
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive, results-driven, and eager to test and learn
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering measurable results
- Proven track record of delivering performance-driven campaigns with measurable ROI
