PPC Campaign Executive
Role Purpose
Location: Ruddington, Nottinghamshire Department: Marketing Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days a week in HQ) Salary: £30k–£38k (dependent on experience)
As a PPC Campaign Executive, you’ll drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth through paid search, working across global regions (EMEA, North America, and APAC) to optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns for Ideagen’s portfolio of SaaS solutions in regulated industries.
This is a hands-on role where data, creativity, and commercial thinking converge—ideal for someone ready to take ownership, deliver measurable impact, and push campaign performance forward.
Responsibilities
- Launch and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring global alignment with regional regional targets
- Manage budgets, bids, and performance across multiple regions and currencies, balancing growth with ROI
- Develop keyword strategies, craft compelling ad copy, and test variations to maximise conversions and quality score
- Optimise performance through smart bidding, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and tailored targeting strategies
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and sales-driven campaigns aligned with priority clients
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing, web, and regional teams, improving landing pages and conversions
- Provide regular performance updates and contribute to innovative optimisation strategies

Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or regulated industries
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with strong hands-on campaign management skills
- Managing multi-region or internationally scaled campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable analysing PPC metrics, conversion rates, and metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS
- Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and proficient use of Excel for data-driven reporting
Desirable:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta Ads
- Exposure to ABM platforms or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Experience using Salesforce for lead nurturing
- Interest in employing AI to enhance campaign performance and decision-making
- Experience with regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, or industrial tech)
