We’re working with an award-winning performance marketing agency looking for a PPC Executive to join the team.
About the role
An award-winning performance marketing agency is looking for a PPC Executive to support the delivery of paid search and shopping campaigns for eCommerce and DTC brands.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their PPC career who wants to build strong foundations, develop technical expertise, and progress into more senior performance roles. You will work closely with experienced PPC Managers and wider paid media teams, learning how to translate performance data into meaningful optimisation actions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the setup, management and optimisation of Google Search and Shopping campaigns
- Assist with keyword research, campaign build-outs and negative keyword management
- Monitor campaign performance and support bid and budget optimisation
- Review performance metrics including spend, conversions, CPA and ROAS
- Contribute to performance reporting and identify early trends or issues
- Support new account builds, audits and campaign launches
- Maintain platform best practices and support ongoing learning and certification

Skills and experience
Required:
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Search and Shopping campaigns within a performance marketing agency
- Basic understanding of PPC metrics and optimisation principles
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Desirable:
- Experience with additional platforms such as Microsoft Ads or YouTube
- Google Ads certifications or working towards them
- Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands
