As PPC Lead, Marketplaces at PetLab Co., you will own the paid media strategy across Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy. You will manage $2M+ in annual budgets, driving growth through Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. This senior individual contributor role offers the autonomy to set the agenda for one of the company's most critical growth engines.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the paid media strategy for Amazon and other marketplaces, managing multi-million dollar budgets across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
- Lead a structured experimentation roadmap, conducting A/B tests on creative, bidding, and landing pages to continuously optimize ROAS and TACoS.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative and Retail teams to brief high-performing assets and ensure listing quality aligns with paid media investment.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Amazon Ads budgets ($2M+ annually) with deep fluency in 3P Seller Central and Amazon DSP.
- Demonstrates strong commercial instincts with a proven track record of improving key metrics like ROAS, TACoS, and overall marketplace profitability.
- Functions as a senior self-starter who can transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution without requiring a supporting team.
