Are you a Paid Search expert who knows how to balance data-driven performance with smart strategy? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in London that’s looking for a PPC Manager to run high-impact search and display campaigns across Google, Bing, and beyond.
🎯 The Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of PPC campaigns from planning through optimisation, delivering measurable results that drive growth. You’ll collaborate with content, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are always performing at their best.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
- Conduct keyword research and build smart bidding/targeting strategies
- Write compelling ad copy and test variations for best performance
- Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
- Optimise campaigns continuously to maximise ROI
- Produce clear performance reports and insights for clients and internal teams
- Stay on top of search trends, tools, and platform updates
✅ What You Bring
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
- Excellent keyword research and bidding strategy skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actions
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative attitude

💷 Salary & Benefits
