Zealous Agency are proud to be partnered with a leading digital performance marketing agency who are looking for an established PPC Manager to join the talented team in Leeds.
This is an opportunity to make your mark, managing high-impact paid media campaigns, and driving measurable performance across multi-channel campaigns. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s passionate about doing great work and staying ahead of the curve.
As a PPC Manager, you’ll:
- Manage day-to-day PPC activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
- Optimise campaigns to deliver against client KPIs - from efficiency to growth and return on ad spend.
- Mentor and support junior PPC Executives, helping to develop their technical and analytical skills.
- Contribute to strategic planning - identifying new opportunities, testing new ideas, and helping shape the agency’s paid media approach.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in SEO, creative, and data to build integrated, insight-led advertising strategies.
- Communicate results clearly and confidently to clients, translating data into actionable insights and next steps.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing large budget paid search campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills and a love of data-driven decision making.
- The ability to balance technical execution with strategic thinking.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire clients.
- A proactive, curious mindset - you’re always testing, learning, and improving performance.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to progress into senior leadership.
