Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
As Senior PPC Manager, you will lead the company’s paid media strategy, driving high-quality lead generation and business growth across key markets. You’ll own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search, social, display, and remarketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver measurable commercial results. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you’ll manage budgets, maximise ROI, and identify new opportunities to scale performance and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the paid media strategy to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and wider business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Manage campaign performance through bid optimisation, audience targeting, budget allocation, and conversion rate improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and increased market visibility.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales, and web teams to deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns.
- Oversee paid media budgets, ensuring spend is effectively managed and delivers maximum return on investment.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, innovation, and the adoption of PPC best practices.

Skills and Experience
- Significant experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns within a commercial environment.
- Proven track record of delivering lead generation and conversion growth through paid marketing activity.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta advertising platforms.
- Experience using analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising spend to maximise ROI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
Desirable
- Experience within a B2B SaaS, technology, or software business.
- Knowledge of EHS, QMS, Compliance, Collaboration, or related sectors.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
