PPC Manager
Hemel Hempstead, Hybrid (3 days/ week in office)
Annual salary + bonus and benefits
We are looking for a skilled PPC Manager to help us develop this key channel across both our Holidays and Caravan Sales businesses. Reporting to the Head of PPC, you’ll take the lead on activating, measuring, optimising and reporting on large-scale PPC campaigns to drive efficiency and strong results. You’ll manage budgets across Google and Bing, work with a variety of PPC formats including ROAS-based bidding and Performance Max, and use data to guide smart decisions. If you bring solid experience managing complex PPC activity, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
- Budget Management: Setting, measuring and optimising campaign budgets across platforms, ensuring alignment with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs, while managing invoicing and maintaining accurate spend reporting.
- Campaign Performance: Carrying out regular optimisation across all timeframes, using bidding strategies to maximise ROAS and applying the right paid search tactics to reach key audiences efficiently alongside wider marketing channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, representing PPC in wider discussions and trading meetings, and partnering with teams across the business to align activity with shared goals.
- Clear Reporting: Presenting complex campaign performance in a clear, accessible way so non-specialists can understand insights and support data-led decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
