PPC Manager
PPC Manager – In-house | Very Flexible Hybrid
Location: Leeds Salary: c£35,000 + great benefits
We’re recruiting for a brilliant in-house opportunity for a PPC Manager for an established and growing business that offers genuinely flexible working and only occasional time in the office – potentially as little as a day every couple of weeks.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone with solid Google Ads experience who enjoys digging into campaign performance, testing, optimising, and finding ways to improve results.
You’ll:
- Manage and develop paid search campaigns across multiple brands
- Use data and commercial insight to drive lead generation, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and profitability
- Test new ideas, run experiments, improve landing page performance, and explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance campaign results

Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance online campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and optimize performance through detailed analysis and reporting
- Implement proven strategies and cost-effectively generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising innovations
Requirements
- At least two years of marketing experience
- Minimum one year of managing Google Ads campaigns required
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive approach towards testing and optimisation
- Experience with paid social, lead generation, landing page testing, or performance marketing would be advantageous
