Luxury PPC Manager
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Type: Full-time
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially focused Luxury PPC Manager to lead paid search strategy and performance for a portfolio of luxury clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands how to balance brand positioning with performance marketing, and who can build paid search campaigns that drive both customer acquisition and revenue growth within the luxury space.
Working across a mix of premium and luxury brands, you’ll be responsible for developing PPC strategy, managing campaign performance, optimising budgets, and delivering clear reporting and insight. This role would suit someone with strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and paid search, ideally within luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel, or high-end consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
PPC Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and deliver paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant performance channels for luxury and premium clients.
- Plan, build, manage, and optimise campaigns across search, shopping, performance-led brand activity, and remarketing.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise return while protecting brand positioning and customer quality.
- Conduct keyword research, campaign structuring, audience segmentation, bid strategy optimisation, and ad copy testing.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-led optimisations to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, CTR, and revenue.
Performance & Growth
- Identify growth opportunities across account structure, product categories, landing pages, search intent, and customer acquisition strategy.
- Balance efficiency and scale while maintaining a premium customer experience and high-quality traffic.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to align PPC strategy with wider brand, e-commerce, and commercial objectives.
- Support campaign planning around product launches, seasonal moments, promotional periods, and key trading events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
