PPC Manager

PPC Manager – Hybrid Role – 2 Days On-Site

Company: Once For All Industry: Cloud-based SaaS subscription (supply chain governance, risk management & compliance) Customer Base: 250K+ customers across the UK, spanning 20 sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality, education, facility management, manufacturing, local & central government.


About the Role

The PPC Manager will develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms to drive quality leads and support the organisation’s commercial growth.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the SEO Manager, campaign teams, and the Website Team to align paid media with broader digital strategies.

Position Details:

  • Fixed-term contract (FTC) role for 12 months
  • Hybrid workplace (2 days per week in-office in Basingstoke)

Responsibilities

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute data-driven PPC strategies aligned with business KPIs.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across:
    • Google Ads & Bing Ads
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn & other platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign precision.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum conversions and ROI.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, drawing insights to continuous optimisation.
  • Perform A/B testing on:
    • Ad creatives
    • Landing pages
    • Bidding logic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—seamless alignment with SEO, content marketing, and automation strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Efficiently manage campaign budgets within allocated spend; provide regular forecasts.
  • Implement and refine:
    • Conversion tracking
    • Retargeting strategies
    • Audience segmentation
  • Compile and present detailed performance reports, featuring actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven competence in PPC, with strong concentration on Google Ads.
  • Google Ads certification (preferred).
  • Proficient in:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Looker Studio
    • Industry-standard PPC reporting tools
  • Experience with:
    • Conversion tracking
    • Retargeting
    • Advanced audience segmentation
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of data interpretation to drive optimisations.
  • Project management acumen and ability to solve complex challenges in high-pressure environments.
  • Creative discipline with a balanced emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience in:
    • eCommerce PPC
    • Lead generation marketing
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising trends.
  • Familiarity with:
    • WordPress/Contentful CMS
    • Marketing stacks such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo.
