The Role Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, ensuring lead generation targets and return on investment are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands Continually testing and improving campaign performance through A/B testing and experimentation Analysing campaign performance, ROAS, CPL and lead quality to make data-led optimisation decisions Creating new campaigns, ad groups and digital assets Managing landing pages and supporting conversion rate optimisation Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new growth opportunities
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys analysing performance data and is passionate about continually improving digital campaigns.

You'll ideally have: At least 1 year's hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent attention to detail Experience monitoring campaign performance and making optimisation decisions A proactive, commercially-minded approach
Experience within lead generation, performance marketing or a regulated environment would be advantageous, as would exposure to Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok advertising platforms and landing page optimisation.
