Role: PPC Manager
As a PPC Manager, working within the sector’s niche, FCA regulated digital marketing space, you will be responsible for:
- Campaign management across search channels.
- Maximising growth and profitability while meeting lead targets.
Work Arrangements:
- Remote or hybrid (work preferred), with two office visits per month at our Headquarters in Leeds.
- 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, standard hours 09:00 - 17:30, with flexibility (e.g., 16:00 Friday finish).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Testing and Optimisation
- Monitor and remove negative keywords across search channels for multiple brands.
- Create experiments in search channels to drive performance.
- Review FLG CRM data in conjunction with online campaign data for:
- Net ROAS calculation.
- Lead volumes.
- Cost per lead.
- Profitability.
- Implement optimisation decisions to drive performance.
- Proactively seek ways to improve campaign profitability.
- Plan and implement A/B testing across various channels.

Account and Campaign Management
- Ensure all invoices are correct and sent to Finance monthly.
- Update campaign geo-targeting as required.
- Maintain channel change log for account-level changes.
- Pause and reactivate campaigns/accounts as deemed necessary.
- Use Google Editor for major campaign changes.
- Create digital assets for existing and new campaigns.
- Ensure campaign lead targets are met.
- Verify existing pixels and tags are firing correctly and implement new ones as needed.
Reporting
- Update and maintain reports with online and offline data.
- Build new reports to monitor campaign performance.
Account Creation
- Create new ad accounts for search channels, both:
- As stand-alone accounts.
- As part of an existing MCC structure.
Competitor Monitoring
- Use competitor and market insights to improve channel performance.
Campaign Planning & Building
- Plan and build campaigns for existing and new products across:
- New and existing verticals in all lead-gen channels.
- Use tools where relevant:
- Google Keyword Planner.
- The Search Monitor.
Compliance and Regulation
- Ensure all campaigns and accounts comply with:
- External regulations.
- Internal policy.
Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with external account managers.
Landing Page Management & Design
- Design new landing pages via Unbounce.
- Maintain existing landing pages.
- Update current landing pages and FLG parameters to pass lead data into FLG CRM.
Emerging Technologies and Industry Updates
- Stay updated on developments in Digital Marketing and AI.
- Analyze new opportunities to expand activity.
- Use AI tools/features to improve:
- Day-to-day tasks.
- Campaign performance.

Qualifications
Desirable:
- Relevant marketing diplomas, certifications, or qualifications.
- Educated to degree level in a related field.
Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing Google Ads.
Desirable:
- Experience with social ad platforms:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Display platforms.
- Experience working for Finance/Pension-related or FCA regulated companies.
- Experience in lead generation or performance marketing.
- Experience running performance experiments with structured testing frameworks.
- Experience with landing page management, design, and testing.
