PPC Specialist (Google Ads)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PPC Specialist (Google Ads) based in United Kingdom.
This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketing specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across a growing portfolio of digital subscription products. In this hands-on role, you will manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns while directly influencing customer acquisition and business growth. You will work closely with product, data, and leadership teams to turn campaign insights into measurable results. The position offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to experiment with new strategies, improve performance, and make data-driven decisions. You will operate in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where testing, learning, and continuous optimization are central to success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in campaign execution and driving tangible growth outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple B2C subscription products.
- Own daily campaign performance monitoring, including budget pacing, account health, and optimization opportunities.
- Continuously improve key acquisition metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, and customer lifetime value.
- Design and execute structured A/B testing strategies across keywords, ad creatives, bidding approaches, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and collaborate with data specialists to improve tracking, attribution, reporting accuracy, and performance insights.
- Stay informed about Google Ads platform updates, policy changes, industry trends, and emerging paid acquisition best practices.
- Partner with leadership teams on campaign strategy, growth initiatives, and opportunities to scale successful acquisition channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth across paid marketing activities.

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for B2C digital products.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategies, campaign structures, bidding models, optimization techniques, and Google Ads policies.
- Experience working with subscription-based products, SaaS platforms, AI-powered solutions, mobile applications, or consumer-focused digital businesses.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
- Experience managing campaigns focused on recurring revenue models and customer lifetime value optimization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution, experimentation, and measurable results.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with Bing Ads, performance marketing organizations, mobile app growth, or analytics and attribution projects is considered an advantage.
