The Role

We are seeking a skilled PPM Change Manager with hands-on experience in leading Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Planisware, Primavera, or Planview. The role will be responsible for driving and deploying change management strategies for PPM platform implementations and integrations with other enterprise systems. Knowledge of VERTO will be a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop structured change management plans and roadmaps tailored to specific projects (e.g., communications, training, and sponsor roadmaps)
  • Evaluate how upcoming changes will impact daily workflows, team structures, and organizational culture
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage stakeholders across all levels, ensuring leaders and middle managers are equipped to sponsor and guide their teams.
  • Resistance Management: Anticipate, monitor, and mitigate employee pushback or change rejection.
  • Training & Coaching: Facilitate workshops, support communication initiatives, and coach executives/managers through transitions.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Define key performance indicators (e.g., adoption rates, user proficiency, time-to-adoption) to track progress and report outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Communication & Empathy: Exceptional active listening, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate the "why" behind changes to diverse audiences.
  • Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence peers without necessarily having direct authority.
  • Adaptability: A flexible, resilient, and forward-looking mindset capable of navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
