The Role: A Moment Maker for Guests & Properties
As a PPM Engineer (Property Maintenance Manager), you’ll ensure that our hotels exceed expectations—delivering seamless, guest-focused experiences behind every detailsomething as simple as a light or as critical as health and safety compliance.
This isn’t just about fixing light bulbs. You’ll serve as a master multitasker, a creative problem-solver, and an ambassador of the Yes I Can! ethos. You’ll work proactively with the maintenance team to guarantee guest satisfaction and.

- Health and Hygiene — maintaining standards that protect guests and staff.
- Every detail — ensuring rooms, amenities, and service feel first-class and intentional.
You’ll thrive as a doer, leading by example, implementing your hands-on expertise to uphold Radisson’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the property maintenance team, your role includes but is not limited to:
- Guest Experience: Acting as the ‘on-call hero’ to troubleshoot and correct maintenance issues, big and small—so that guests remember their time with us positively.
- Proactive Maintenance: Conduct scheduling inspections and preventative measures to minimise breakdowns and reduce stress for the operations and other teams.
- Problem-Solving in Style: Diagnose issues effectively, apply practical fixes, and escalate complex matters quickly and clearly, whether team members or senior management require clarity.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting your team’s daily tasks and fostering stronger relationships across departments (housekeeping, engineering, food & beverage).
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance work strictly adheres to health, safety, and environmental standards—just as we’ve promised our guests.
- Guest Feedback: Monitor and address negative feedback or comments sent through property channels to show value and service.
