About the Role
As a PPM Engineer (Property Maintenance Technician), you’ll ensure our hotels deliver experiences beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for guests. This isn’t just changing bulbs—it’s fixing, innovating, and multitasking to maintain stunning standards.
You’ll:
- Lead as a proactive fixer, master multitasker, and problem-solver within the Maintenance team.
- Price health, safety, and seamless operations in property maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to exceed guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail.
- Showcase a creative, positive, and team-oriented attitude—embodying Radisson’s spirit.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues across rooms, facilities, and equipment to maintain hotel excellence.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every moment matters by resolving guest concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Lead by example with a Yes I Can! mindset, fostering collaboration.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards within Radisson policies.
- Attention to Detail: Deliver flawless maintenance work to keep hotels luxurious and guest-ready.
Requirements
- Essential:
- A flexible, positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Problem-solving skills—think on your feet to overcome challenges.
- Team player with strong verbal communication—guest-facing and interdepartmental.
- Enjoyment of work (because extra tasks make it fun to come to each day!).
- Beneficial but not essential:
- Prior experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or technical roles.

Location: [Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre London Heathrow] Compensation: GBP 30,000–30,000 per annum (adjustments to be discussed)
