Latte is recruiting a PR Account Executive (Consumer) to join Here Be Dragons - an award-winning creative communications agency built on earned-first ideas and punchy activations.
If you're bored of boring PR and ready to do the best work of your career, this is the agency for you.
Location: London (Hybrid)
Hybrid policy: 3 office days per week
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
About the agency
Here Be Dragons is a fiercely independent PR agency built on earned-first ideas, punchy activations, and campaigns that make headlines for all the right reasons. They are not limited by industry, and while the world of earned media is their bread and butter, they also frequently use influencers, OOH, and social-first content to secure headline-grabbing results for brands.
They’re 15 people strong, based in Shoreditch, and proud of the fact that they win big brand work without the bloat of a big network agency. They’ve made 2026 their strongest year yet – and now they’re looking for a sharp, culturally plugged-in Account Executive to join the team and help shape what’s next.
From launching headline-grabbing brand stunts to delivering fast-turnaround culture-first campaigns, their work spans some of the most talked-about names in FMCG, drinks, entertainment, and hospitality. You won’t find the client list here – but if you’ve seen it in the news or on your feed lately, there’s a good chance they were behind it. With a mix of retained accounts and punchy project work, no two weeks look the same – and that’s exactly how they like it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
