Latte is recruiting for a PR Account Executive (Consumer) to join Here Be Dragons—an award-winning creative communications agency built on earned-first ideas and punchy activations. If you're ready for some of the best work of your career, this is the agency for you.

- Location: London (Hybrid)
- Hybrid policy: 3 office days per week
- Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Key Responsibilities
As Account Executive, you’ll be the engine room of client accounts, driving both campaign delivery and breakout media results. You’ll:
- Develop and pitch creative story angles to national, lifestyle, and trade journalists for high-impact coverage
- Track media trends, news cycles, and social conversations to spot reactive PR opportunities
- Own daily media monitoring, maintain hyper-targeted press lists, and write polished coverage reports
- Write press releases, media pitches, social copy, and creative briefs that nail brand voice across audiences
- Support the team on-site during experiential pop-ups, press launches, and high-stakes brand stunts
- Work with digital creators and influencers to integrate campaigns across platforms

About You
Essential Experience
- 6–12 months of experience in a fast-paced PR or communications agency (internships count!)
Ideal Candidate
- Ambitious, tenacious, and detail-oriented, deeply plugged into internet culture and news
- Media-savvy—understand what makes a story clickable and can navigate the UK media landscape
- Writing-sharp, able to craft distinct brand voices across pitches, copy, and reports
- Thrives in high-pressure, multitasking environments
- Comfortable with collaborative, high-energy office work in Shoreditch
