As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious PR Account Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our agency.
The Role
We're looking for a confident, proactive, and highly organised PR Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a genuine passion for health, beauty, and wellness.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of exciting clients, building trusted relationships, developing proactive media strategies, and delivering outstanding results across both traditional and digital media.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking creatively, spotting opportunities before anyone else, and wants to be part of an ambitious agency with significant growth plans.

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE, plus commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts with support from the senior leadership team.
- Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted extension of their team.
- Develop and execute proactive PR strategies that deliver meaningful commercial and brand results.
- Generate creative campaign ideas and reactive media opportunities that secure high-quality national, consumer, and trade coverage.
- Write compelling press releases, features, thought leadership articles, award entries, commentary, and other client materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, broadcasters, influencers, and industry contacts.
- Lead client calls and meetings with confidence.
- Monitor media trends, news agendas, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering work to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to share ideas, celebrate success, and contribute to agency growth.
- Ensure client KPIs and campaign objectives are consistently achieved.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and genuinely excited by the media landscape.

You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years' experience within a PR agency or in-house communications role.
- Experience working across beauty, health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent media contacts across consumer, trade, and digital publications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to confidently manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that others may miss.
- Confidence working independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- A genuine passion for PR, storytelling, and building brands.
A degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
