Job Description

If you’re a communications professional who wants the pace, visibility and quality of a strong boutique agency, this role offers exactly that. It will suit someone already working across corporate communications, reputation and content-led programmes in financial services or fintech, and now looking for a step that brings more ownership, better client exposure and a genuinely supportive environment.

What stands out here is the combination of scale and culture

The agency has built an impressive roster of global financial services brands and fast-growth fintech clients, yet has kept the kind of collaborative, low-ego environment where people stay, develop and progress. It is established enough to work with major international names, but still agile enough for individuals to make a visible impact. With hybrid working and a clear investment in training and development, it offers a strong platform for someone ready to accelerate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
