Looking to build your career in PR at an agency that's challenging the status quo?

We're looking for an Account Manager or a Senior Account Manager with at least three years of agency experience who's ready to take the next step. If you're curious about the digital advertising, media and technology sectors, enjoy building relationships, and want to work on campaigns that make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We Are

Bluestripe Group isn’t a typical B2B agency. We’re the only PR agency to own a trade media title, New Digital Age, plus we have our own content studio and events business. We deliver fully integrated campaigns and always-on PR plans that put our clients at the forefront of the industry.

We may be a small agency, but we have big ambitions. You'll have a lot of autonomy to shape your role, deliver results, and make a noticeable impact. But you’ll also have a clear development plan and regular training to help get you there. Our clients include industry leaders like News UK, Uber Advertising, and LG Ad Solutions. As well as scale-up businesses such as Herdify, StudioB and RAAS LAB, who partner with us on their growth journey.

The Role

Reports to: Account Director and Associate Directors

We’re looking for a PR Account Manager/Senior Account Manager who can confidently lead client accounts, build trusted relationships, and deliver impactful PR campaigns. You'll manage the day-to-day running of 4-6 client accounts (depending on retainer size), working closely with the clients, journalists and colleagues to help our clients achieve their objectives.

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of 4-6 client accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted day-to-day contact
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, industries and media landscape
  • Work with the Account Director and Associate Directors to develop account plans and deliver programmes that meet client objectives and KPIs
  • Identify and secure high-quality media opportunities through proactive pitching and strong journalist relationships
  • Write, edit and review press releases, thought leadership, award entries, reports and other client content, with few edits from the senior team
  • Develop creative campaign ideas and make strategic recommendations that support client objectives
  • Manage projects and deadlines, communicating proactively with clients and colleagues
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Support and mentor Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, helping them develop their skills and confidence
  • Work closely with the Account Director and Associate Directors on account planning, new business opportunities and wider agency initiatives
  • Take ownership of projects, solving challenges proactively and looking for opportunities to add value for clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
