PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager
Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – B2B Tech PR
Location: Hybrid – Last Mile Hub, Liverpool Street (Spaces), London + Events Contract: Full-time (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Hours: 9am–5.30pm Salary: £33,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)
Searching for a confident, self-motivated Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to lead B2B tech PR accounts in City of London. This is a role for someone who thrives in shaping client strategies, owning relationships, and developing the next generation of the team—at a dynamic, fast-paced agency where strategic thinking and execution are equally critical.

Client Account Management
- Lead B2B tech PR accounts with increasing independence
- Shape client relationships—listening, advising, and delivering with confidence

Strategic & Creative Executions
- Develop sharp, well-positioned pitches based on market trends and client goals
- Write and edit high-impact first-draft press releases and campaign copy
- Identify newsworthy angles, secure coverage, and activate media relationships
Team Development
- Mentor junior team members and foster a supportive workflow
- Help upskill the team, ensuring operational excellence across projects
Sales & Growth Initiatives
- Contribute to new business via upselling, cross-selling, and spotting fresh opportunities
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Present confidently during client meetings and at industry events
- Manage daily communications (calls, emails) and provide sound counsel
Operational Agility
- Juggle fast-changing priorities across accounts—strategy, admin, and travel-requirements included
Required Skills & Experience
Desirable candidates will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B technology PR within an agency environment
- A strategic mindset with excellent writing skills to shape narratives
- Self-motivation and the ability to mentor less experienced colleagues
- Strong presentation skills for client engagements and events
- Keen media instincts and established media contacts
- Rigorous organisation, attention to detail, and adaptability
- A willingness to ‘muck in’ across admin, strategy, and attendee travel

Practical Details
- Work model: Hybrid (3 in-office at Spaces, Liverpool Street Centre; 2 remote)
- Hours: 9am–5.30pm (Monday–Friday)
- Salary:: £33,000–£45,000 (based on relevant experience)
- Starts: Late July or August 2024
- Work permits: Must have UK residence eligibility (no sponsorship offered)
