About the Role
We are seeking an experienced public relations officer to foster brand awareness and uphold a positive public image for our very special Charity supporting very young autistic children and their families.
What difference will you make?
Your input will shape how we present ourselves to our families and service users, stakeholders, funders, and general public. With your help, we will be able to continue to bring to life exactly what Transforming Autism is all about by sharing our mission and values and the good work that we do.
We support families with young autistic children to unlock their potential, and help them thrive. By also reframing autism, offering a unique positive and empowering conception of it, we also aim to change societal perceptions of autism, to one of infinite potential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
