Our Assistant role is suited to a candidate that is curious about and excited by the world of PR and media, brilliantly organised, and looking for the first step into a career in communications, or for an assistant-style role in a dynamic, fast-paced sector.

We have the privilege of working with leading regional and national brands, across a multitude of sectors, providing the full spectrum of PR and comms solutions.

From healthcare to hospitality, Fintech to theme parks, we get under the skin of each brand, developing bespoke communications strategies which deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Our unbeatable beachside location in Sandbanks is just one of the reasons that LLPR is a great place to work; our focus on personal growth and wellbeing forms the heart of our supportive team culture. We’re a values-led agency that believes great work comes from happy people. That means tailored progression plans, paid CIPR membership, your birthday off, a full week’s closure over Christmas on top of annual leave, an annual wellbeing budget, dog-friendly offices and a genuinely nurturing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
