PR and Influencer Manager – Luxury Beauty Brand
At the heart of talent, culture, and commercial impact for a luxury beauty brand, this role offers the chance to shape iconic moments through strategic influencer and creator marketing.
The Role
This is hands-on, high-visibility work for someone who excels in relationships, negotiation, and results. You’ll drive influencer and creator strategy from initial relationship building to final performance reporting, delivering standout campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end influencer and creator marketing, including identification, campaign execution, and performance tracking
- Negotiate and contract directly with talent and agencies, securing commercially robust terms
- Oversee seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term collaborations to deliver impactful campaigns
- Build and maintain a trusted network of talent and agency relationships
- Generate performance reports and turn insights into data-driven future briefs
- Plan and execute high-profile brand events—from product launches to press days and activations

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience running influencer programmes from the ground up, with strong commercially driven negotiation skills
- Exceptional track record in relationship management with creators, agencies, and influencers
- Experience in luxury beauty or premium sectors, with a sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- A charismatic, natural connector who knows how to maximise the value of every partnership
