PR Associate Director - Consumer

Associate Director – Consumer PR (London | Hybrid Working | £75,000 + Bonus)

I'm working exclusively with a highly regarded independent consumer PR agency entering an exciting new phase of growth.

Their client portfolio spans food, drink, and lifestyle brands, delivering creative, integrated PR campaigns while maintaining exceptional client retention and a supportive culture.

The agency now seeks an experienced Associate Director to join their leadership team and help shape its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership position for an Associate Director seeking broader agency responsibility beyond managing individual accounts.

Key focus areas include:

  • Oversight of agency performance
  • Strategic counsel across multiple accounts
  • Team development and support
  • Driving new business growth
  • Guiding the agency’s future direction

The role is not portfolio-specific but covers overall quality, profitability, team performance, and growth across multiple client accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
