PR & Communications Client Manager

Location: Manchester Area | Hybrid | Permanent Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE plus very generous commission

About the Company

Coming up on a decade in business, entirely through organic growth, LT Talent’s partner agency operates across Beauty, Wellness, Health & Medical Aesthetics. Their client portfolio includes some of the most recognisable brands in these industries. This is a rare opportunity—grown from recent client wins as the agency expands quickly across the UK and internationally.

Unlike typical agencies, they reject generic, one-size-fits-all approaches. Their culture thrives on excellence, innovation, and ambition—hiring people who push boundaries, not just tick boxes.

The Role

In this Senior Account Manager position, you’ll:

  • Hands-on client account management, becoming a strategic advisor rather than just a point of contact for delivery
  • Secure high-impact media coverage, including national, consumer, trade, digital and broadcast outlets
  • Spot and seize reactive opportunities—-beating competitors to the punch
  • Shape client strategy and proactively contribute original campaign ideas (before the client asks)
  • Mentor juniors (Account Executives and Account Managers) to elevate the entire team’s performance
  • Participate in new business—pitches, proposals, and growth strategies that drive agency expansion

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
