Prime Video Publicity Coordinator
Prime Video is seeking a talented, creative, and self-motivated publicity professional to join the Prime Video UK PR team as a Publicity Coordinator. In this role, you'll support the execution of publicity campaigns for Amazon MGM Original Series and movies, working closely with senior team members to navigate cross-functional initiatives and manage the details of internal and external requests. You must be highly organised, with exceptional written, verbal, and organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support the senior PR team on series campaigns, including creating talent itineraries, booking glam, coordinating travel, managing screener access, drafting press releases, assembling press packs, sourcing creative assets, and compiling coverage reports
- Feel confident executing campaigns independently, alongside an agency, when the senior team is unavailable
- Liaise with other department coordinators on executive scheduling, travel, event ticketing, festival coordination, and cross-team logistics
- Support the execution of in-person and remote junkets, premiere events, and press days
- Track and maintain series budgets, campaign timelines, and success metrics
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reporting on campaign performance, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Stay current on trends, cultural moments, and news across the television, streaming, and entertainment landscape
- Collaborate with external PR agencies on strategy, day-to-day execution, and the production of monthly forward-planning newsletters
- Support digital and social media publicity efforts, including coordinating talent social posts, digital-first press moments, and influencer engagement where relevant
- Manage media lists, press databases, and contact records to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Create new vendors and purchase orders; troubleshoot PO issues
- Maintain and organise online storage folders, shared drives, and campaign asset libraries
- Cultivate and manage relationships with media contacts across print, broadcast, digital, and podcast outlets
- Build and maintain relationships with the wider Prime Video team and key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Support crisis communications and sensitive announcements as directed by the senior team

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in professional communications or public relations
- Experience in television publicity; specifically at a streaming service, studio, network, or agency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience of the entertainment and streaming industry, including the evolving digital media landscape
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion for pop culture, entertainment, and storytelling
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., coverage tracking platforms, social listening tools)
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and international markets
- Comfortable working with data to inform campaign strategy and reporting
