We are a scale-up business of c.100 people based in the UK and US and a Certified B Corporation, with social and environmental purpose at the core of everything we do.

This is a full-time role, primarily based at our HQ and store in Central London (3+ days per week) with hybrid flexibility. Our PR and Marketing team are based across London and Los Angeles and you work closely with our London, LA and New York stores teams.

Responsibilities

PR & Media Relations

  • Deliver and develop the PR strategy across key markets, securing consistent media coverage and elevating brand awareness in the UK

  • Plan and execute press, influencer, and customer-facing events including launches, press days, store openings, pop-ups, and brand collaborations.
  • Manage all event logistics, sponsorships, entertainment, guest experience, and on-site delivery, ensuring exceptional brand representation and partnering with our store teams.
  • Track event performance and contribute creative ideas for future activations, partnerships, and branded experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
