HOPE ON A PLATE Meatballs for Muscular Dystrophy
"HOPE ON A PLATE Meatballs for Muscular Dystrophy" is a unique foodie fundraising initiative designed for hotels, pubs, restaurants & caterers. With your PR experience, can you help us raise awareness of this initiative, turning the humble meatball into a symbol of hope?
What difference will you make?
Your input into our Meatballs4MD initiative will not only positively impact the charity's brand and shape how we present future ad hoc fundraising ideas but its benefit will also directly impact our vulnerable service users living with Muscular Dystrophy via our transformational Muscle Dream interventions.
Your contribution will positively reflect on our charity’s ongoing mission and continued future impact.
What are we looking for?
You'll have PR skills, maybe drawn from the world of hospitality or food service or contract catering or indeed pub management, but not essential. You'll have free reign, supported by MHF's CEO.
A successful PR skill set blends compelling storytelling with data-driven strategy. Today's professionals must master digital media, navigate AI integrations, and prove tangible business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
