Job Description

As the PR & Marketing Manager for Europe, you are responsible for the brand’s regional PR & Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications, across PR, brand marketing, OOH, media partnerships, and influencer. Through activations and media, you drive brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and loyalty, in line with the Global and European objectives. You plan and execute European COS initiatives in order to grow the brand community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute PR and marketing strategies across Europe, ensuring alignment with COS global brand positioning and seasonal campaigns. Supporting store & concession openings, collection awareness & hype, in addition to coordinating European attendance and YoY growth in KPIs on global brand campaigns and global brand events.
  • Manage European press relations via strong relationships with key media, stylists, and opinion formers to drive consistent, high-quality coverage in collaboration with our PR Agencies.
  • Set and deliver goals/KPIs for press and influencer channels. Working in collaboration with PR agencies to secure strategy, actions, and subsequent delivery + analysis of KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Plan and deliver events, across store openings, press days, gifting suites, and brand activations to elevate awareness and engagement.
  • Budget management across multiple channels including invoicing and end-to-end payment process.
  • Create a people-first working environment taking actions based on feedback, employee dialogues, and employee survey results.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Agency management: Proven experience in managing PR agencies is a must, production agencies a bonus.
  • Experience in track and analyze campaign and activation performance: Providing clear reporting and actionable insights to optimize future activity.
  • Stakeholder management: Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and senior and peer stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading a multi-specialism team within the brand and communications environment.

  • This is a full-time position on a 12-month contract based at our Regional Office in London.
